By accessing or using suggar.ai (the "Platform"), operated by Suggar AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use suggar.ai. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into this agreement. We enforce age verification at sign-up and reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
suggar.ai is an AI companion platform intended solely for entertainment purposes. The Platform is not a therapy service, medical service, crisis hotline, or professional advisory service of any kind. All characters on the Platform are fictional, AI-generated entities. They are not real people. Content generated by AI characters should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice.
All character responses, voice messages, and interactions on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence. While characters maintain persistent memory and personality consistency, they are software programs and do not possess consciousness, emotions, or independent judgment. Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Suggar AI LLC reserves the right to moderate, filter, or remove any content on the Platform at its sole discretion. We may implement automated content filters and human review processes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole judgment, pose a risk to the Platform or its users.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) through our third-party payment processors: PayPal, Epoch, and NOWPayments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate and frequency selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: first-time subscribers may request a refund within 24 hours of their initial payment. After 24 hours, all subscription payments are final. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, AI models, and system prompts, is the property of Suggar AI LLC. You retain ownership of the text content you submit to conversations. You grant Suggar AI LLC a non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of providing the service (including memory storage and AI response generation).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suggar AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Suggar AI LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall Suggar AI LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Suggar AI LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suggar AI LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Suggar AI LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or in-app notice.
Suggar AI LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue in effect.
