Refund Policy

Quick Summary

First-time subscribers have a 24-hour refund window on their initial payment. After 24 hours, all digital subscription payments are final. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

1. Digital Subscription Policy

suggar.ai is a digital subscription service operated by Suggar AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon subscription activation, refund options are limited in accordance with standard digital subscription practices.

2. 24-Hour Refund Window

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription payment, provided that:

  • It is your first subscription to suggar.ai (not a re-subscription or renewal)
  • The request is made within 24 hours of the original payment timestamp
  • Payment was made via PayPal or Epoch (not cryptocurrency)

To request a refund, email support@suggar.ai with your account email and transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour window, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This is standard for digital subscription services, as the content (AI companion access, persistent memory, voice features) is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."

If you no longer wish to use the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments made via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed or refunded. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is permanent.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or payment provider, your suggar.ai account will be immediately suspended pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process. Access to the Platform, including conversation history and companion data, will be restricted during the dispute period.

We encourage you to contact us at support@suggar.ai before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve any billing issues directly.

6. Exceptions

Suggar AI LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits outside the standard policy in cases of:

  • Verified duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Extended service outages (24+ hours) that prevented access during a paid period
  • Unauthorized account access resulting in fraudulent charges

Exceptional refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings page. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. If you need help cancelling, contact support@suggar.ai.
